I can't log in to my account
Try resetting your password first — click "Forgot password?" on the Sign In page. If you signed up with a business email and can't remember which one, email us at hello@bandstandhub.com and we'll look up your account manually.
My venue or artist profile isn't showing in search
New listings can take up to 24 hours to appear in search results. If it's been longer, check that your profile is set to "Active" in your dashboard. Search visibility is also tied to your subscription tier — Free accounts appear at standard ranking. Upgrading to Basic or Pro moves your listing higher. Visit the Pricing page for details.
How do I apply the Founding Member promo code?
During registration on the Join page, expand the "Have a promo code?" section in Step 3 and enter your code before submitting. Founding Member codes are role-specific: BSHFAN30, BSHART30, BSHVENUE30, or BSHSVC30 — make sure you're using the one that matches your selected role.
I'm getting an error when trying to add an event
Free accounts are limited to 3 upcoming events. If you've hit that limit, upgrade to Basic or Pro for unlimited event listings. If you're on a paid plan and still seeing an error, take a screenshot and send it to hello@bandstandhub.com — we'll fix it within one business day.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
You can manage your subscription from your account dashboard under "Billing & Plan". You can downgrade, upgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you won't be charged again. If you need help, email hello@bandstandhub.com.
